Learn About Item Upgrade While Working From At Home
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can boost the stats of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations applied.
For instance, the top racial shield Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb function in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradable than the non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an item you have acquired, such as armor, weapon or ring. This swaps the current item for one similar one and comes with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable method of upgrading gear. However, they don't keep the level of the original item upgrader and any resources that are wasted will not be refunded.
The survivors can get reroll tokens in several ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in crates and chests, or purchase them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to change the attribute of an item, for example increasing its damage.
Players can reroll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power increases the damage caused by melee and weapons, while spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each of these upgrades the item to a better quality. To make them, you need a higher level reroll token. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item upgrader mod that is unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the spot until the next success result is to be rerolled. This allows you to save upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for the amount of coins.
In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This affects the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop sells to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that increase an item's level by increasing its stats and attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by signing daily contracts.
To upgrade their gear players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled-up. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the requirements are met, the player can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. The process of upgrading can last between a few seconds and minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is risk-free and will not impact the durability of the item. This makes it an ideal way for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without putting stress on their bank accounts. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item to the new gear.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for players who are new to the game. There are many ways to obtain these stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can also take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an optional feature that lets players increase the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade materials and give the item an upgrade level, giving the item a boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level of an item is attained.
Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon beside their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components don't stack against each other, and can only be added to one item at a time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a particular amount of items to be applied and a minimum amount for the equipment.
The upgrade items Station features two slots: the first is where players can put in equipment that needs to be upgraded, while the right shows a preview of what the equipment will appear like when it reaches its next level. Once the player has enough items by pressing the yellow arrow, it will begin the upgrade process.
An item upgrader kit of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
When an item reaches its highest level, upgrades are no longer available to it. When an item is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to give an additional bonus or effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired by completing quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be swapped with new ones. However, this can ruin the previous upgrade.
Requirements
item upgrades (website) give players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor they currently own. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the item type however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
The upgrade items can be incorporated into equipment sets and weapons for additional effects or to increase the quality item. The upgrades can be acquired from a variety of sources within the game, such as crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been placed into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.
The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can boost the stats of the item.
The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun", for instance, increases defense base and gives an additional 20 percent chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage from weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable to players when they get the perfect roll. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for instance, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.
If you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will show an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. These include the type of item (either Armor or Weapon) the tier of that item and the upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
Once you've met the required requirements for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will update to show how close you are to completing it. You can also check on the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
