The item upgrade [just click the next post] allows players to boost an item's gear rating up 700 points, and then give it a bonus. Items can be upgraded by keeping them in inventory and heading to the kiln.

Certain items are worth upgrading because of their unique stats. (For example the perfect rolled breakpoint armor used in melee PvP). Other items such as weapons don't change much after an upgrade, and aren't worth the effort.

Weapons

Upgrades to weapons can increase their numerical stats, including attack damage, crit probability and PvE/PvP damage. Weapons also come with a flat bonus which increases the damage they deal per second. A lot of weapons also come with an unaffected bonus that is activated when three or more identical weapons are equipped in a unit. In certain instances, this bonus could add up to more than the amount of damage that a weapon is able to upgrade on its own.

The cost of upgrading a weapon varies on its rarity as well as its current level. For instance, a +2 weapon will require two regular Smithing Stones while a+3 requires four. The number of stones needed to upgrade the gun will increase until it needs a higher level of Smithing Stones. At that point, it will reset back to one.

Upgrades to weapons will also change the stats of their base. This is usually a good factor, but it could also have negative consequences. In the case of items that are only used in a certain build (Whistant's shield for FB sorcs, for instance), upgrading them may render them useless unless you have an extremely fortunate roll.

Armor items can also be upgraded to improve their stats. For example, if you upgrade a helm or chest, it will boost its base defense while a belt and gloves will enhance their required strength and dexterity. Armor has a rerolling option for its Enhanced Defense percent. This means that it may reroll down to a lower value.

The upgrade template of a weapon will show the new stats that it will gain when upgrading, along with the values of these stats. This means that the weapon will gain 3% attack damage if it is upgraded from an 8 attack damage sword to an 11 attack damage sword. The 3% difference does not mean that the weapon will be hit three times less, since it is an absolute number.

A weapon can also be rerolled using the green button, which is accompanied by circling arrows in the menu for items. This will roll the Best item upgrader and alter its stats but it won't reset the weapon's level or connect to the status of your account.

Armor

A few armor upgrades can make the world of difference to your survival. Certain sets offer massive boosts to poison or curse, fire or magic resistance, which makes it easier to navigate through tough terrain. In general, the greater defense you have for your character, the greater health you can gain from each point. Therefore, it is recommended to upgrade your armor.

You can upgrade your armor by visiting any of the Great Fairy Fountains. There are four Great Fairy Fountains available in the game and to unlock each fountain, you must complete an additional quest that involves the Stable Trotters. After you've completed your main quest and the associated fountains, you'll have the option of talking to any Great Fairy in order to unlock the armor upgrade menu.

The amount of material needed to upgrade each piece of armor will vary. In general, you're looking at anything from three to ten Red Chuchu Jellies and ten Rupees for the first upgrade, and anywhere between five Rubies and 10 Fire-Breath Lizalfos Horns for each subsequent one. For instance the Champion Leathers can be upgraded to +5 defense, allowing you to keep pace with a large group of enemies in the majority of cold conditions and the Snowquill Headdress can be upgraded up to +20 defense, providing you enough protection to withstand a full on raid with a few friends.

Be aware that armor can't be upgraded in the same way as weapons, so you'll have to focus on upgrading it for physical power if you're a Warrior or Spell Power when you're a Mage. It is also recommended to save your armor upgrades to upgrade the armor that you will still be wearing by the end of the story, like the Ring of Lightning, Spectral Shield or the mask you wear in the final boss fight, the Monter Parts Merchant Mask.

You can also unlock some advantages to your armor by presenting the jeweler in Gerudo Town 10 Twinkling Titanite. You'll generally want to save these upgrades for the weapon you'll use to win the game. For instance the Longsword or Battleaxe. But it's useful to have some upgrades for the helmets and chest armor so that you can get around a few monsters.

Potions

Potions are bottled substances that, if consumed, give the user an effect on their status for a short period of time. There are five types of potions that have different effects and durations. Certain potions can be upgraded to improve their effectiveness. You can also increase the effects of certain potions by adding redstone dust and glowstone dust.

Upgrades to potion cost a certain amount of XP, which can be earned by making them on a crafting table or the Alchemist's chest. However, the upgrade price will vary based on the type of potion you want to upgrade, and also on the item level upgrade's Mark Level and Rarity.

To upgrade a potion, right-click on it in your inventory and choose the "Upgrade" option from the menu. This will open an GUI that allows you to choose the potion that you wish to upgrade, and the amount of experience they'll provide when upgraded. You can upgrade potions in batches up to five at a time and their XP will be added to the total amount of XP you have.

Once a potion is upgraded, it won't degrade until you re-use it, or break the bottle it is stored in. Clicking on the potion in your inventory will also allow you to change the name of the potion.

There were a few updates to the mechanics of potion in version 1.7.2. Splash potions, for example, now have a duration that is 0:08 instead of 22.5 seconds that are displayed on the item upgrader mod hover display. The table of potion can now be crafted with four Wood Planks and two Glass. It is now able to be utilized in both Survival and Bedrock. Unlike the Java Edition, Bedrock edition potions are not able to be mixed in cauldrons. The same applies to using a potion in the cauldron that is filled. This will draw out the potion, and refill the bottle.

In addition, there are lingering potions that are brewed with splash and dragon breath potions. Redstone can also be added to potions that are lingering to increase their effect. The table of potion ingredients is now organized more closely to the Java Edition, and new potions were added, such as the potion of leaping and the decomposition potion, and turtle master potions.

Trinkets

A trinket could be a small, inexpensive ornament or piece of jewelry. It could also refer to an ornament or object that serves a function but isn't important, like a Thimble. In certain cultures, trinkets are used to symbolize affection or friendship, specifically between family members.

In addition to armor, weapons and potions, players can upgrade their trinkets. Upgrades can be purchased by paying the appropriate currency to an upgrade vendor. Unlike other item level upgrade upgrades trinkets are able to be swapped out at will without losing their status.

Upgrade vendors are located at the capitals of every zone, and sometimes in dungeons. Upgrades for trinkets can be purchased with gold, tokens or fragments of a rare trinket.

Upgrades are a cheaper alternative to buying a new trinket. A player can upgrade a trinket for as little 12 tokens. The new trinket will have the same level of base as the previous trinket however, it will also come with an additional 1% bonus upgrade.

Once the old Trinkets are no longer useful they can be upgraded. This allows a player to increase their power and value over time. They can also be traded between players which makes them an attractive alternative to gold.

In general players should upgrade their most important items first. This means that the most-important slot items for each class are upgraded first, followed by their secondary gear, and then other equipment that they won't be replacing anytime soon (such as an earring or a cloak). When deciding the items to upgrade, players should also be aware of their class's preferred statistics. If Haste and Crit are two of the most important stats to tank players and they want to upgrade their chest, helm and shoulders.

Trinkets can be re-upgraded to a higher ilvl after they're no longer needed, and the new trinket can be upgraded to have an additional bonus of 1% for upgrading. A re-upgrade, however, will cause the trinket to be destroyed unless it is saved using the help of a Black Lion Salvage Kit, or a higher tier salvage tool. This means upgrading trinkets is more expensive than other upgrades, yet is still less expensive than buying the new one.
