Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos

Robot vacuums and mop are getting more powerful. They have passed our tests for cleaning, and are able to handle various floors. Choose models that allow users to select between different modes, self-empty and clean stairs.

Many of the best models are compatible with your smartphone. Check for an app that lets you save maps, set schedules, and choose cleaning modes.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

Eufy's gunmetal and gloss black Omni S1 Pro is one of the most impressive robot vacuum and mop combos available on the market. It uses lidar for navigation and creates maps of floors and rooms.

The S1 was able to map my downstairs quickly, which includes linoleum in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms, as well as large rugs and a medium-pile. It was able to drive right up to walls without hitting them and even managed to drive across thresholds that were raised in the room without issue, though it occasionally struggled to get down stairs in a single step. The S1 also did a great job cleaning hard floors with its mop that moved smoothly on its flat side against the floor and then lifting itself when it reached carpet or carpet.

Prior to each mopping session the docking station on the S1 automatically emptys its trash bin and refills its water tank with filtered, clean water ozonated. The dock also provides an extra-deep cleaning solution to the water. The S1 water tank can hold enough for 12 mopping sessions, however this will vary depending on the frequency you use the mop.

The S1 needs periodic maintenance, just like all 2-in-1 robots. In order to do this, you'll have to wash the dirty water tank regularly to keep it from becoming clogged. Also, you'll need to clean your sensors and automatic Vacuum Cleaner And mop swivel wheel regularly to prevent them from getting blocked by dirt or dust. Overall, the S1 requires less maintenance than other combos.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

Ecovacs' all-in-one robot vacuum and mop is an effective solution for your cleaning requirements. The robot vacuum is rated at 8,700Pa of suction, and comes with numerous unique features, including full home mapping, voice control and smart path-planning that avoids obstacles and cleans furniture. The mopping capabilities of the robot are remarkable, with mops rotating that actually lift and scrub the floor, rather than simply dragging the pad across it. Mops can also be cleaned and dried at the base station if needed.

The robot comes with an easy-to-use interface that guides you throughout the process. It comes with a rechargeable hand vacuum for those areas that the robot isn't able to reach and two water tanks that are automatically empty and replenished whenever required. It comes with a range of settings that can be used to fine-tune your cleaning preferences.

The Deebot X2 Combo Complete does well at vacuuming, with strong suction that easily picks up all kinds of debris, including the smaller bits of dust that other robots struggle with. Its navigation abilities are also decent, but it can be stuck on small mats and rugs in my home (which you can mitigate by defining virtual boundaries in the app). The mopping feature is pretty impressive, and comes with a pair of spinning mop heads that actually lift and scrub the floors, as opposed to simply dragging the pad over it. The mops are also cleaned using heated water and dried in the base station when needed. The mops are also refilled from the top of the base station when required.

3. Dreame X40 Ultra

Dreame released the luxe X30 Ultra earlier this year and their new flagship robot vacuum and mop has even more impressive features. It offers outstanding cleaning results and hands-off maintenance which makes it a strong contender on our top robot autonomous vacuum and mop list. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition and a longer side brush will give you an efficient, customized clean.

The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, picking up large and fine particles from hard floors as well as carpets. It also cleaned our test's dirtiest areas well, eliminating pet hairs that are tangled and other dirt. The sweeping power is enhanced by a side brush that automatically swings out to tackle hard-to-reach corners, and an extending mop pad that deploys alongside baseboards.

Its navigation system is intelligent, navigating tight spaces and negotiating the stairs without a hitch. It is able to move from one room to the next without having to reverse direction. This is beneficial for large homes with multiple rooms. Its obstacle avoidance system is not as advanced than other models however, and tends to leave a thick distance around obstacles, which can result in missed spots.

The interface of the app is easy to use and easy to use. It should be simple to use for both novices and experienced users. The app allows you to plan and manage cleanings, adjust the suction power and mopping settings as well as view 3D and 2D maps, and much more. It can be operated via the app, Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri which allows you to keep an eye on its progress from any location. You can also use the X40 Ultra's camera remotely, for live video surveillance. You'll require a reliable WiFi connection to use the app and external controls.

4. Roomba Q5 pro

Robot vacuums are fantastic in removing dirt and debris, but they aren't able to reach all dust. It's important to vacuum often, at least once a week. This is especially important for dust that builds up in corners, on shelves and in the crevices of your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro, a 2-in-1 robot that both vacuums and mop, is made to do just that. It's easy to connect to your home Wi-Fi network, and is compatible with Alexa and Apple Siri, making it an even more useful addition to your cleaning routine.

The Q5 is an unadorned version of the company's pricier S-series models, including the flagship Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. It is equipped with a similar LIDAR mapping sensor, but cuts down on cost by removing mopping functions and using a less expensive plastic body.

The Q5 remains one of the most powerful vacuums and mopping robots we've seen at this price, despite not being able to clean your floors. It has a suction power of 5500Pa and an automatic vacuum and mop robot-empty system, so you don't have to empty the bin manually every time. It also comes with a smart app that lets you select your floor's type and schedule cleanings, and an automatic vacuum and mop refill of the water tank and wash system that allows hands-free operation.

Its mops are also impressive, with 2700Pa of power that can tackle dirt, dust and pet hair on hard floors and carpets. The Q5 is one of the few robots we test that didn't have problems with carpets with high piles or area carpets, but it didn't clean up kitty litter or cable tangles that's not a surprise since it does not include AI-powered obstacle avoidance.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is one of the quietest robot vacuums we have tested. It also has a unique method to map your home, which will allow it to enter places that other vacuums can't reach. This device also stores dust in a larger dustbin that means you have to empty it less often. It also has washable filters which further reduces costs. This robot can detect carpets and increase suction if needed. The app also allows you to mark off areas that you want it to stay clear of this is a useful feature.
