Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can increase the power of a piece and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random augmentations applied.

For instance, the top racial shield Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to provide additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the original version that is not upgraded.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll a purchased item like armor, weapon or rings. This replaces the item with another item of the same type, but with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. They don't preserve the original level of the item and any money wasted will not be refunded.

Survivors can obtain Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates, or purchased from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of a piece of equipment, such as increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage done by weapons and melee attacks and spell power improves mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to create it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

In contrast to other special tokens and markers that are placed on action spaces the reroll marker stays on the space until the next success result is to be rerolled. This lets you save upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of each Preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's shop will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

In the course of an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of the choice of Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.
