Is Item Upgrade Really As Vital As Everyone Says
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the stats of a piece of equipment and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrade is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are made available.
The racial Shield elite Razortail for instance, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP or add additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an acquired item, such as an armor, weapon or rings. This allows you to swap the item for a different one similar one with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective option to upgrade item equipment. They don't maintain the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted will not be refunded.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in crates and chests or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on a piece of equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can roll their equipment using three attributes: physical power, magic power and health. Physical power increases the damage that melee and weapons while spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.
There are three types of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The marker for rerolling, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, remains on the space till the next Success is to be rerolled. This allows you to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.
Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of each Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's store will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
In the course of a run, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on selected Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop can offer to reroll, and those that are in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These stones are special stones that increase the value of an item by improving its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. These stones can also be purchased by players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade gear to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". The screen will show a summary of the item's levels and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the Best item upgrader's level a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take anywhere from seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is also completely risk-free and does not affect the item's durability. It's an excellent choice for those who wish to get an edge in combat, but don't want to burden their wallets. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto a new piece of gear.
New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an optional feature that lets players boost the base stats of weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will use up the upgrade materials and give the item an upgrade level, giving the item a boost in that area. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is attained.
Items that have upgraded base stats display the blue icon in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components don't stack with one another, and can only be added to one item at a time. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a specific amount of items to be used, as well as a minimum amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, a preview shows what the gear looks like at its next level. Once the player has enough items by pressing the yellow arrow, it will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the base stats of an item will increase by an amount of. The maximum level for an item is 19.
Once an item reaches the maximum level, its upgrades will not be available for it. Likewise, once an item is on an upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for the track will be offered at discounts.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to give an added bonus or effect when the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired through quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs which can be removed and replaced at will.
Requirements
Items upgrades enable players to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the type of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
The upgrade items can be used to make set pieces and weapons for additional effects or to increase the item level. These upgrades can be obtained from many sources, including crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component has been added to an item, it isn't able to be removed or replaced freely, however, the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.
Upgrades can boost the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components include additional modifiers that could further enhance the stats of the item.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and provides an additional 20% chance of blocking. Additionally the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players when they achieve the perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and could be worth as much as 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.
When you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will display an open window that displays the necessary requirements. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an Best item upgrade.
The game will add an item in your inventory when you have completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader (theflatearth.win) NPC.
