Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customised using an application designed specifically for the purpose. You can save maps of your home, create cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power and how much water your mop uses.

A mapping feature helps your robot navigate rooms, while an obstacle avoidance function will stop it from hitting wires, furniture, or even stray pet toys. These features are essential for my home filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the flagship vacuum of the company and mop, is loaded with features. It's able to sweep and mop in one session and even lift its brushes and mop pads to stop soft surfaces from getting too damp. It can also avoid obstacles by spotting pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The robot vacuum's maximum suction power is 6,600 pascals. This is the highest power of any vacuum we've tested so far. It's also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR navigation to track its position, which helps prevent it from getting stuck on objects.

The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can provide constant pressure to the pad of more than 6 Newtons to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also has an automatic vacuum cleaner and mop mop lifting system that will raise the pad when it goes from tile to laminate, hardwood to carpet and rugs, thereby avoiding soaking these types of soft surfaces.

In addition, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad can be washed and dried in the dock and the dust bin is automatically empty and returned to it. You can set it to forget about it. You only need to replenish the water tank or replace the dust bag on occasion.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop and vac-settings for about 160 minutes before it began to lose power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is at the same level as other hybrids I've tried.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only issue is that it's pricey. Its sheer number of features make it a great choice for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. If you can justify the hefty price tag we strongly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium combination. Its price is justified by its impressive features, which include the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mop mops. It has an app-enabled smart control system and an advanced obstacle-avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combos available at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed very well across the home. It was able to eliminate 98.4 percent of the debris on all types of floors and was able to lift long hair without tangling. The mops were also great in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models due to their rotational motion and an incredibly strong cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's main selling point is its innovative multifunctional docking station. The dock emptys its dustbin into dirt bag, then refills its water tank for mopping, and dry its mop pads for you. It also features a real-time hazard detection system and allows you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.

In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops that I test, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. The mops of the L10S Ultra are not as effective in removing stubborn staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's many high-end features, it still requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station needs to be cleaned, and the dustbag and water tanks should be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. The mop pads sold separately also need to be changed periodically.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. For those who are on a smaller budget, I suggest a more rudimentary model that allows you to save money while still enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at your home. Even even if the L10S Ultra was the best robot cleaner robot mop and vacuum you could find, its high cost and constant maintenance would make it more a want than need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot mop and vacuum that will remove dust and dirt on your hard floors, while cleaning up wet mess you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This high-powered robovac and mop combo packs a strong 8,000 Pa of suction power and a huge battery capacity to power both vacuuming and mowing and a top-of-the-line obstacle avoidance. It has a roller-mop that is self-cleaning and makes it stand out from models which require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is different from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. Its roller runs almost the entire length of the bot and is constantly filled with clean, ozonated water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while collecting dirt. Any dry debris is swept away with the side brushes or swept up into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro then takes the mop water into its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements and then pumped into a larger storage canister. The tank that is onboard is able to hold a large amount of water and can handle up to a half dozen mopping sessions before rushing out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do most robotic vacuums and mops. It must be filled with clean water, but this is easy to do in the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock if you prefer to have the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you do select this option, you'll need to purchase the brand-name cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot vacuums with mop brands that allow users to use their own cleaning products.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and efficiency of navigation tests, just like the majority of robots. It was quick to map the area and was able to navigate around furniture. It was stuck on carpets with larger piles a couple of times during my tests. However this could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers many functions at a affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level mop and vacuum cleaner but it does have some outstanding features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks, and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is done by the dock. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning a large portion of a space before it needs to return to its dock and the vacuum's high suction is capable of removing debris and pet hair that accumulates on carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is quite complex, with a broad choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean all areas that this device maps or choose individual rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a routine you've developed. There are many mopping options, including SmartPlan -an algorithm that uses the mops' sensors to determine the most efficient way to clean your home while it maps the area.

Like all the Roborock models we've evaluated like all the Roborock models we've tested, the Qrevo does well in our tests. Its navigation system works well by quickly mapping rooms and cleaning them in a well-organized way. The 'Normal" pathing settings cover the room thoroughly, without any major gaps or missed areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is quite reliable, too, though it's not as advanced as the color camera system of the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like carpets that are thick, but it may not be able to identify smaller objects like electrical wires and rug tassels.

The most obvious flaw with this model is the absence of a mop after vacuum option, which could be a problem for people who are frequently vacuuming before cleaning with their robot. There's a simple solution to this issue: the app offers a feature that lets you "clean up", at the end of each session. This allows you to use the mopping feature of the vacuum to remove the last remnants of dust and debris that you've left behind from the vacuuming. It's a nice feature and can help the robot get rid of a bit better than its cheaper rivals.
