8 Tips To Boost Your Item Upgrade Game
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
The upgrade of gear can increase its base stats, and sometimes enhances its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations that are applied.
The elite racial Shield Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capability in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more tradable over the original version that is not upgraded.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens permit you to buy a new item upgrader kit, like armor, weapon, or ring. This allows you to swap the item for one of the same type with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. They don't preserve the original item's level, and any resources wasted aren't rewarded.
Survivors may acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on a piece of equipment for example, increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.
Players can reroll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage caused by melee and weapons, while spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.
There are three kinds of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher-quality and requires a higher-quality reroll token order to produce it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the space until the next successful result is to be rerolled. This helps you avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. Once they're opened they show a complete description and icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. The restaurant's shop can exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
In the course of a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to chosen Franchise Cards. This alters which blueprints the restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve armor, weapons and other items. These are special stones that boost the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". The menu will be displayed showing the item upgrader kit's current level and what it will be after being leveled up as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.
After selecting the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he is able to hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item level upgrade's level by a specific percentage. The process of upgrading can last anywhere from seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process also is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. This is a great way for players who wish to gain an advantage in combat but don't want to strain their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto an entirely new piece of equipment.
For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are several ways to acquire the stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can also take apart the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that lets you increase the stats of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It's done by the combination of an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to an upgraded level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is reached.
Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon beside their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components do not stack against each other, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a certain number of items to be applied and an initial amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place items to be upgraded. On the right side, an image of the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. When a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process.
A piece of gear can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time it is upgraded the base stats of the item will increase by only a tiny amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.
Once an item reaches its maximum capacity and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option to upgrade. Likewise, once an item is on the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can slot into armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to provide an extra effect or attribute bonus while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this can destroy the old upgrade.
Requirements
item upgrades (wikimapia.org) give players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the type of item however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This will give them more effects or an improved quality of the Best item upgrader. These upgrades can be obtained from many sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been inserted into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
Upgrades can increase the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that could further improve the item's stats.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and adds an extra 20% chance of blocking. Additionally the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they get a perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly coveted by the melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.
When you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item, the game will display an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
Once you've met the required requirements for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will be updated to show how close to completing the upgrade item. You can also track the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
