Why Item Upgrade Is Relevant 2024
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its stats base and often boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations are made available.
For instance, the top shield for racial discrimination Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb capability in PvP, or to add additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens let you reroll a purchased item, such as armor, weapon, or ring. This swaps the current item for one similar item and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable method of upgrading gear. They don't keep the original item's level and any money wasted won't get compensated.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors via a variety of methods, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in chests and crates or buy them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to change the attribute of a piece equipment such as increasing its damage.
Players can roll equipment with three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage done by weapons and melee attacks and spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player additional health.
There are three types of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to produce it. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The marker that rerolls, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action areas, stays on the spot until the next success is to be rerolled. This lets you avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. Once they're opened they show a complete description and icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's shop can exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
As a result, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This alters which blueprints the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones which increase the value of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. They can also be purchased by players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". This will display a list of the item's current level and what it will become after being leveled-up. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.
After choosing the item to upgrade, the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the requirements are fulfilled, the player may select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item upgrader kit's level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can last anywhere from seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is risk-free and doesn't affect the item's durability. This makes it an excellent way for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without straining their bank account. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item to an entirely new piece of equipment.
The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for players who are new to the game. However, there are many ways to obtain these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that allows players to increase the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade components and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item a boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is reached.
Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon next to their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components cannot be stacked with one another, and can only be added to a single item at one time. Each upgrade component also requires the purchase of a certain amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left is where players can add an item that they wish to upgrade, and the right shows a preview of what the gear will look like once it is at its next level. Once a player has enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will start the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small percentage. The highest level for an item is 19.
Once an item reaches its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. When a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armor trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to offer an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped by acquiring new ones. However, this will ruin the previous upgrade.
Requirements
Items upgrades allow players to boost certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements to upgrade an item will vary based on the type of item however, generally you'll require Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
Item upgrade components can be used to make sets and weapons for extra effects or a higher level of the item. These upgrades can be obtained through a variety of sources in the game, such as crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been inserted into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades can boost the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can boost the item's statistics.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and gives an additional 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage from weapons.
Some items benefit from being upgraded less because of their improved stats, but more because it allows players to gain the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and can be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.
When you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item, the game will display a pop-up window that shows the required requirements. These include the item type (either weapon or armor) the tier of the item, the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
The game will put an item in your inventory once you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade items. The progress bar will then change to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader (look at this website) NPC.
