This change allows players to upgrade their gear to the highest level possible for all their characters instead of relying on seasonal loot.

It's also essential to use crests in a wise manner, as they only have one use. This is especially applicable to items like rings and trinkets that occupy several slots. The discount for the entire account will only apply when all slots on the character are filled with top-quality equipment.
